L’AVVOCATO is composed around a rare treasure — hand-peeled bergamot from Calabria, grown under the region’s singular Mediterranean microclimate, where sea breeze and sun-soaked hills create an unmatched aromatic intensity.

This bergamot is extracted through an ancestral method known as technique dite l’à éponge, an almost-forgotten art practiced today by only a handful of master artisans.
Its production is extremely limited and rare, crafted in small batches with obsessive care.
