Terms of delivery:

The Company is obligated to deliver the product purchased by the Customer in new, undamaged, and original packaging. Delivery of the product is carried out within five (5) business days to the address provided by the Customer at the time of placing the order on the website.

Please Note: When placing an order, the Customer is responsible for reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of all information provided, including the delivery address, contact phone number, and any other required details.

If the Customer provides incorrect or incomplete information, or if it is not possible for the courier (partner company) to contact the Customer using the phone number provided in the order, the Company shall not be held liable for delivering the product within the agreed timeframe.

Incorrectly Provided Information:

If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or phone number provided by the Customer, the purchased product will be returned to the Seller. In such a case, in order for the product to be re-delivered, the Customer must correct the inaccurate delivery information and pay the delivery fee again.

Delivery Fees:

Delivery service fees are calculated based on the Customer’s location and is excluded in the price of the product (perfume) and is added extra at the final stage when placing order.
