Incorrectly received item and/or factory defect correction policy

Perfume is a personal care product and we are unable to provide refunds on unopened or used perfume. This policy ensures hygiene and prevents the resale of used products, which aligns with generally accepted cosmetic industry practices.

1.1. Incorrectly received and/or defective items:

Excitar LLC is responsible for incorrectly delivered and/or damaged goods to the buyer. If you receive a product different from what you ordered, or if a correctly received fragrance has a manufacturing defect, you must send us photographic and video documentation within 24 hours of receipt to confirm the defect. We offer the following responses:

  1. Replacement: If you receive the perfume incorrectly, we will resend you the purchased item at no additional charge.

  2. Correction of manufacturing defects: We will eliminate and correct the detected defects so that you can use the product flawlessly.
